Scanner not working properly

I purchased a scanner 2410 with serial no. CN7AVS2049 on 1st May. Till than it has submitted twice at RT Outsourcing Services Ltd., Okhla, New Delhi vide complaints no. 2601534785 and 2602188788, but it is still not working. I want to replace the whole unit.
