Onida - 21Inches Television Set
Defective set

Respected Sir,

We have purchsed a television set of onida make from Damodar Home Appliances, Pune on 01.04.09 vide receipt no 12808 / 01.04.09.

On 5th may we have facing problem to visulaise the picture as it get started to shrink the screen from bottom of the Screen.

We have lodged a compalint at customer care and the techincian visited our residence on 20.05.2009. He told that the ic of the set is out of order and he can open the set and will repaired it.

As the company had given warranty of 1 year we would like to get it replaced with new set. But Mr. Bhujbal of Damodar Home appliance (9422319853) is refused to give replacement.

Please help me in this regard.
