Egarding the picture tube

We had purchased the onida 21ky audioport tv at o6/12 from margoa radiomundal Goa. On 16/06 we noticed some sound.next day we called customer service, he told me that picture tube is gone and you need to replace. without any thundering, no high voltage .with the stablizer how could the picture tube fail? please take some immediate action on the above complaint..
