ONIDA DVD (DFX 7100)
Irresponsibility of service centres

Dear Sir,

I have given my Onida DVD Player model NO DFX7100 to the authorised service centre in Kakinada of East Godavari District, for the repair of DVD LENS, i have waited for 7months, but not yet repaired, I asked them to return my Dvd Player back on the stage which I have given to them, but getting back my dvd player I found My Original Mother Board was missing,

I have given complaint against the service engineer to the incharge of the authorised service centre, even though I am not getting proper response from them

I request your kind honour to take proper action against them, for which act of kindness I shall be grately thankful to you Sir,
