Audio problem

SIR,

I purchased CO 290HTL (POISON THEATRE 1250)-ONIDA -FLAT 29 on 07.05.2006 at BHARATH ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES, COIMBATORE. The audio is not clear for past 6months and we made complaint (many times) to ADONIS ELECTRONICS PVT LTD, SAIBABA COLONY, COIMBATORE. But there is no proper response till now.

I request you to take action immediately and that will be very much helpful for us.
