Complications in prepaid recharge through online with sbi

I had recharge my prepaid cell for fulltalktime recharged of Rs 222/- through ideacellular.com website, payment was done with online sbi bank. but my sim card was not recharged, and my money also deducted from my account. i talked to sbi customer care they was unable to give me answer, then i talked to sbi branch even they was also unable to tell me where was gone my money. i had mailed them lots of time. later i talked to idea customer care they said with which amount u recharged on there is no offer of any fulltalktime recharged so they sould give me money back to my account but they said there is technical problem going on but no one was giving satisfactory answer. i have called up bank and idea lots of time. i lost my 150 rupees to calling them. and at last when i warned them that i will send all the mail to government they finally found out the problem. and told me, and gave me cash back. but i lost 150 rupees for 222. so ultimately i got back my own money 222-150=72 (with lots of 20 days headache).
