Not responding after taking money

I've purchased lenovowrranty package of worth Rs3000 as on 25 feb from an excutive of AFO rserve. I've money in cash, and they said " you will get your warranty document in 1 week." but till now there is no response from them. If I contact to them they toollrate to me.

So I request to you please help me.
