Non receipt of living media

I had paid Rs 999 via sbi credit card on 11 jan 09 for living media. Since then 4 months have passed and no order has been sent. Despite of several complaints registered to your customer care (011-40502424) nothing has been done so far.

Therefore, either i may be sent the order i booked or otherwise i shall take help of the consumer court.
