Hai this is mustafa here, i applied for postpaid last one and half month back still not activate.i complient to customer care they telling contact executive who collected moneny.but i contect that person he is telling your address proof is not mathing so is not posible to connect.then i told, its ok give me my money Rs 400 back.but now hes not picking my phone.my no is 9986455591 & that executive no is 9886998723 his name is subbu.

please do some thing eigher transfer my sim prepaid to postpaid or give me my moneny back
