Non Delivery Of Sofa Set

Dear Sir/Mam,

Would like to bring to your kind notice that I have purchase a Sofa Set Model no 0W - 005 (Black Leather Sofa Set with Centertable) from Orange Woods Outer RIng Road Show room, Doda Banaswadi on 18th of Jan. For the same I have paid Rs.11249.00 through my credit card. In the Bill they have mentioned delivery within 3 weeks. But after several follow ups with them I am failed to received my Sofa Set or the Refund amount. Last three month they are also not giving me any information about my delivery or refunding of the amount.

I have the Photograph of the Item Which I can shre with you later.

Request you to kindly advise for my further process.
