Pen drive not working, under warranty

i had purchase pen drive on 29 Oct Transaction No. 4689838. Merchant Gizmozindia,

Product title - smpl004 : orchid 1 gb, pen/flash/thumb drive with 2 yrs warranty.

from last one month its not working, not able to detect when attached to computer. pls let me know what i should do.
