Amount claim in clearing

I have lodged a cheqe for 3000 .in CTC clearing on 11.2.09, but the bank cleared only 300 rupee in my account. I went to oriental bank and they issue a letter fevour a canara bank for clearance the money.

When i go to canara bank they rudely behave with me and asked i m not responsible for your money they also ask me whould come here for your money other wise i complain on you.
