ATM Card Lost

In the morning 10 'o' clock, 18-apr-09 saturday, at RAJENDRA PLACE METRO STATION, I wanted to withdrawl a sum of Rs. 3000/- INR, first I checked balance and after completion this process my card got stuck and machine showed the message insert ATM card. That time I have to pay urgent money. This is what service providing OBC. There was no guard, when i find he was listening radio other side...

Now this can happen with anyone. Guard gave me some no. there was a guy who gave me another no., Now I confirmed on customer care there was a girl who assist me and said we will destroy your card and you have to register complaint in your bank & branch.

At least this time I didn't react a lot, but when my branch people told me to fill lots of forms, block the lost card, re-apply for ATM card and I have to pay for new card this will take time, this time I thought I am really a fool.
