I am not satisfied with College bheviou

I had taken admission for my son from Oriental College - Andheri (West)

Within 3 days cancelled the admission. As per my knowlege cancellation charge is Rs. 500/- & Univeristy rule is also Rs. 500/- But College persons are saying they will cut more than Rs. 500/-. For your information i am giving college Telephone No. 66914405 / 66914406. Pls advise what to do?
