Dear Sir/Madam,
Please look into matter of mediclaim policies. I have taken a policy for my complete family but I donot know how it will benfit me?
No one used guide me. While i am spending a lot money on medical expenses against fever, stomach infection and wife is also suffering from some problem. There is no any problem with prior history nor any serious problem. However, I am not getting any benfit of mediclaim policy.
I think IRDA should look forward and this product should be only sold through Hospitals/Nurshing Home, so that they will responsible to customer and guide them too for cheap, effective treatment and utilisation of consumer policy.
