I received a letter from D.M (division - vii) on 31 july 08 but what he wrote that is absolutely wrong because when i meet D.M. their office stuf was told me he fillup the form, i can find out him.
I can challenge please prove our signature verification
HOW CAN HE SAY THE PROPOSER WAS BIJOY MAITY, WHO SIGNED THE PROPOSAL FORM AND OTHER MEMBER DULY SIGNED THE SELF DECLERATION FORM.
Another thing is i submit the previous year policy certificateto Mr. Ajay Mondal who was did my policy, he is now MAGNUM department.
Please confirm with him, I need to get the full income tax benifit how can you correct you find out the way.
