Always increse unit in reading

Respected sir

i have a complaint against agarwal power copmpany karod bhopal . sir metar reader

check the metar and note reading every month .but when i see my bill then i always found they increse

20 -30 unit every month .when i try to correct my bill they say they do not correct the unit you paid it .and

if our consuption is less then 40 unit then they send a average bill of 77 unit.
