Sir,
I booked the ticket from Kanpur To New Delhi from agent in Govind Nagar named travel India Block 4 Govind Nagar. I told him that i habe to delhi on 26 jan the person there take 300 rs extra on ticket cost for confirm reservation and he told me that he give me in VIP Quota so i give him the money and he give me the ticket on 26 evening. In ticket it shows wait list and there is cross in waitlist number and written coach number and seat number with pen. So when i reached on train i saw there is no reservation with my name so i came to delhi with no seat and i suffer a lot. When i call him then he sayed i gave u ticket than there is no responsbilty of mine so he was just doing fraud with public and he was saying i have give to all the person in reservation department i have so many contacts nobody can do nothing of me and when i told him that u r giving fake tickets than he told me if u want to compliant than u can do that nobody can do anything. So i want the result of this complaint and want take a action by railway department about that agent who r making that fake tickets and crating fraud with the public...
