Our company have tie up for courier with the overnite express courier. We had courier some documents to

But still they had not delivered the courier to the consult person & even they have not update for the same on website also.

This is unbelievable that the company is so careless, lazy & irresponsible to delivered the courier & update their website too.

Please, give me suggestion what action I can take against it? Or please take action against them from your side.
