Pacenet Broadband
Broadband Area specific monopoly

Hi,

I am from Acme Complex, Goregaon (w), Mumbai. In our area we have Pacenet (local cable) broadband connection available. The connection they provide is not upto the mark and we decided to change the connection to better connection speed and plans from Reliance Broadband / Tata Indicomm.

However, we came to know that in our area only Pacenet can operate and no other provider. This is highly against competition and monopolisation of the area by local cable operator.

Do let me know, how can Consumer Complaints Forum help me.
