DEAR SIR,
I am writing this complaint after a lot of harrasement faced by me from your dealership M/s Padam Motors, LUDHIANA PUNJAB.I purchased the vehicle SPARK LS temp no. PB03N T 0059 in the name of Amit Ahuja on 07-mar-08.Till that date i am constantly following up for the registration of the car but people here are absolutely non sense, ROHIT SHARMA, RAVI, AND MUNISh have been giving me fake excuses.
Trust me i would never recommned any body to buy and vehicle from padam motors, i have made some 20 visits to this dealership and would have made some 200 calls to get the registration but these people... I have also registered the complaint with GM india, but sorry to say GM is also not bothered about it's reputation... No one from senior managment has called me up till date for the resolution..Some body told me that they have lost the documentation file for the registration, It is the height of irrresponsibility and negligence, I am filling a legal consumer case against General motors for giving me this harrasement and inconvenience... People do not buy GM products... never eve
