Dear Sir,
Last month i am elected as a secretary. The previous Secretary has not handed over the documents of the Society. He had resigned 2 years back from the Committee But he is Signing the cheques and doing everything whatever he wishes. He takes the advice of the coperator and doing all nosense in the society. He says will give the documents today /tomorrow but never gave. What can I do. And some are not paying the maintenance charges - How we can collect them? Some are doing repairs in the Flats without informing. Please advice me and there are so many other problems too.
