NON-ACTIVATION OF GPRS

Sir,

I have bought a PAGARIA P2520 mobile handset having GPRS facilities and accordingly I was activated the GPRS facility from my AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION bearing my mobile NO 09957119541, but now I am surprising to know from the Customer Care that the service is currently not enable for my Phone. Then I once again approched to the DEALER who providing the handset and he also confirmed that the said HANDSET is enable with GPRS FACILILTY

That, I am facing a lot to activate the same facility and accordingly I have need for your kind help.
