Debit card expiry

Sir,

Self is an account holder of your bank since June.

My debit card got expired, (A/c. number :081010100054551) and I was informed only once, when I input it with Teller machine.

I am asked to submit application, when contacted your branch. All other banks are providing cards to customers before one month of it's expiry. In my case You were not aware of the expiry even!

My salary is through this account only and I have to suffer one week to rectify this.

Kindly look into the same.
