Dear Sir,

I have purchase one 29" colour TV from Reliance Digital on 16th June and company has given One Year Warranty but unfortunetaly my TV does not working then I have compalient to reliance digital on 31st May & call no-8000321269 but problem is that one engineer has came from reliance digital on 20.06.09 and said that this will be prepaired by panasonic and engineer has sent the sms from his mobile after two days one engineer has came from panasonic company and said that your warranty period has been over so we are not able to prepair this TV you have to pay visit charges and material price then I will prepare this TV.

Sir please suggest me what i have to do it.
