Pan card
Wrong date of birth

I have pan card number AYCPS6507J issued under DEL/W/72/2

in which my date of birth is printed wrong. My actual date of birth is 29 Sep 1977 where as in my pan card it is printed 22 Sep 1977. Now how can i get new pan card with correct date of birthand where should i contact for my problem
