Pan card
I didn't received PAN card till now

Matter is actually i didn't received my pan card till now,

Based on status my pan card dispatched on 21st-nov,

but still it's not came to my home,

I have a doubt, Pan card will sending by Postal or Courior?

Please clear my problem as soon as possible,
