Pan card
Not received Pan Card till 08.12.2008

With due respect

I Parmananda Sharma from cuttack - Orissa have applied for a Pan Card on dt - 13.09.2006 bearing Application No -023013086 and the coupon No - 016384500.

But till now I have not received pan card for which I am facing many problems.

I therefore request to verify and allot me the pan card which will be very useful to now a days.
