My name is Rakesh Kumar Agrawal & Pan card no. alloted to me is AEZPA0747F. I am also filling up return since last four years. Though the said pan card no. was alloted to me but yet Pan card has not been received by me. I have even applied for the same Pan card through UTI bank twice with full details but still not received card. Please do the needfull and intimate me at my e-mail. Thak u.
