I have lost my pan card

Dear sir

i, vijay shanker singh doing service in police department as post of sub inspector. i had a pan card, no. BGIPS8563H. it had lost during traveling in train lucknow to pune. in this matter i have already inform pune police dated 20.12.2008. i request you to register my complent and immideatly issue me a duplicate pan card.
