Regarding Non Receipt of PAN CARD

Respected Sir,

The Income Tax Department had alloted and dispatched the PAN Card by the Department on 20th December. But till date I had not received My PAN Card at the communication address i had mentioned in the Application Form No. 49. The Details are as under.

PAN No. : AAPPO7256B

So Kindly note the above complaint and oblige.
