Non receipt of PAN Card

I have applied for issue of new PAN card of my wife Mrs Babita Raghav on 23.12. whose date of birth is 13 September 1968 and PAN number is being reflected on Internet as AQFPR0358B. But nither any message alert received on my mobile No 9714066889 nor PAN card received even after lapse of one & half month on the given address in the application. U r requested to elucidate the matter and arrange to early despatch of my wife's PAN card on the address as given below :- Mrs Babita Raghav W/o Mr Y P Raghav
