Outstanding details of Loan

Dear Sir,

I had applied personal loan to Kotak Mahindra on 13th July which was been paid back. I ahve got the confirmation from the bank also that they have recieved the payment and the account is been terminated. This was been done in the year 2007.

But unfortunately my outstanding details are yet reflected on my pan card. This was been told by some other bank whom I ahve approached for Home Loan.

My personal loan account # is SPL- 6328 and my pan card number is AHCPA5276B. Please let me kno to whom do I approach and how can we resolve the issue.
