Not recieved pancard

Dear Sir/Madam

I Rachana Bhosale, i have not recieved my pancard yet.

I have applied for pancard in the month of july, after that i have given complaint in pune office which is near mandai ganpati.

I request you, please allocate my pancard on my given address as soon as possible.
