Original PAN card not received

Sir,

I had appied for PAN Card vide my application No. 036272261 and coupon no. 25876110 and the same was despatched vide despatch no. 37257269 to ISW Shimla and my PAN No. is BWVPS8369E. When I enquired from the branch they stated that in the marketing lot this despatch No. is not incloseod and they gave me reprinted PAN card, of which despatch No. is 40233642.

Kindly inform me the status of PAN despatched vide despatch no. 37257269.The PAN No. is
