Pan card
Not receipt of PAN card

Sir,

I have applied for PAN card to Income Tax Department through NSDL on dated 30.3.09 at Bareilly, U.P. vide acknowledgement number 010230200487463 still i did not receipt of PAN card. I enquire from No.0124-2438000 regarding PAN Card status. They inform that your PAN Card No. BHNPK2860H, request No.1253565 and others information may please be lodge through your email id: [email protected]. Hence reply may be sent to my email ID urgently.
