PAN CARD Lost

Dear Sir,

For the last 6-7 months I am unable to trace my PAN CARD. I thought that maybe i have kept it somewhere in my home and forgot. But recently I shifted my residence and at that time also i did not get it. Now Can I get an FIR placed dated 6-7 months back?

Can anybody misuse my pancard?
