Name printed wrong on PAN card

Hello sir,

my name is printed wrongly on my PAN card my name is KEERTHIBABU BOYILLA but in my pan card it is printed as KEERTIBABU BOYILLA. iam facing many problems reguarding this... please rectify this error and send me a new pan card my PAN CARD NUMBER is AOCPB8465J i hope you will send me some necessary steps to follow to help me to rectify this error
