) submit the PAN Card Application Form. The PAN Card Company issue my PAN Card but your Bareilly (U.P.) franchiee is delived it at wrong address. And your franchiee office is not in Centre Place in the city & no any contact no of him. So please u confirm him where he delived the PAN Card and sent clear address on my mail.
