Wrong charges no recd. bill

Dear sir

with the ref to credit card no 4476 9299 9189 2271 i operate this card since last one year and never missed for the payment now i had not recd. till today the bills for march and april and u have made late charges how i can pay late charges it is your mistake that u have not delivered me the bill

i have regd. so many times complaint and they told me that it is going to reverse in next bill now i want the confirmation that you have made really reversal i have already paid all the real otstanding no dues are pending so i want clarification urgent

again i will not pay any other wrong charges mind u other wise i will take action.

so pl give me reversal whatsoever u havewrong charged on my account otherwise i am not interested with this credit card i will not pay again.
