Greetings of the day!!

I am the PAN card holder and it got misplaced today (13-10-10).my PAN card no. is CCZPS8549F.kindly clarify my PAN card no. is correct or not.so that i can apply for a new PAN card if the no. is not matching with my name (Sala Yogendra Giridhar Seshu).
