Dear Sir, Ma'am,

This is to bring o your notice that I had lost my can card in Mid Feb. The PAN card no. is AGUPJ7093A.I have applied for a replacement immediately through an agent in Mumbai. I have still not received any updated even after regular follow ups. I do not even have any application no.

Would really appreciate if you can give me an update regarding the status.
