This is to inform you that i had applied for a re-print of my PAN Card (no.: BDCPS5953A) on the 31st of May, the acknowledgement receipt no. being: 026910402. I was told that i would be receiving the re-print within 15 working days at my mailing address, but even after 70 days, I have not received the same.
