My Coupon No-029075176, Name: Arun Kumar Choudhary, Father's Name: Shri Bala Kant Choudhary, Date of Birth-02.01.1966, Address: 62, Batra Fram, Tajpur Road, Badarpur Boarder, New Delhi-110044

I have come to know from the pan card centre that there is a descrepacies in father's Name and you are not despatching the card. I have given my electricity bill in which fathers name is already mentioned which is attached with this application .please rectify your data and send the card.
