Hi,

My name is Jivesh Uttam. I am apply the pan card in 6-09-08 in jalandhar uti branch. The serial No. of reciept is 041048076. The processing fee coupon No. is 028041560. The time limit given by the company is 15 days. But now one month is spend and i not receive my pan card.
