Non receipt of pan card

Dear sir,

I applied for the correction of my father name on my pan card via karvy consultants with a duly filled form and fees. But the sitatuation is after 30 days approx. i have not received my pan card, so kinldy look into the status of my pan card. My pan no. is AIQPM1227K.
