Sir,

I have applied for PAN No. vide acknowledgement no. 060940400323342 dt. 02/12 but till date we have not received any PAN Card while we check the PAN application status from NSDL web site it shows that my card has been delivered on 22-12 against airway bill no. 2692823674 thru Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd.

Now when we check the airway bill no at the Expressit Logisitics Worldwide Ltd., it shows the status as follows:-

Airway bill no. : 2692823674

Ref no. 609404003233423161

delivery Branch: GZB-Ghaziabad

Status: delivered on Dec 22 on 20:30

Received by: Madan (Secretary)

We do not know any Mr Madan

So please enquired it and rearrange the delivery of my PAN Card at my Address.
