PAN Card not received yet
Pan card not delivered by courie

Dear sir/madam

This is to inform you that i applied for my pan card in the month of jan. My pan card no is AXQPM3346Q as i cheqd on site. but till date i didnt received the pancard. The courier man contact me on phone and asked me to collect the pancard, but that time i was not in the city i informed him to deliver the pan card on my given address, But till date he didnot delivered the same.

Kindly do the needful and oblige
