Pancard uti
Pancard not received

Dear sir;

i have applied for fresh pancard and paid fee on 12/05 vide applivation sr no.032071728 through uti tsl pan service centre ahmedabad. after one month i remainded for non receipt of the pancard. i was surprized to know that my application was not even forwarded for process.

at that time they promissed to forward immediately.

but i am sorry to say that till date i have not received my pancard nor any communication in this regard.

please do the needfull to get my pancard and also explanation for delay and not informing reason for delay. thanks.
