I have purchased a 6 inch LCD digital photo frame from your company vide Buyer's Order No; 38767 dt.24/9 invoice No.60747 customer bill no. SBI/0809/28610. The product reached my mailing address through courier. When the photo frame was installed the LCD screen was not displaying image, the screen was totally bright (total white screen). I registered several complaint on telephone and was suggested to take the product at your Delhi based service centre M/S Shop Electronics E-24, South Extension Part II New Delhi. I took the product there and they deposited the same for repairing vide job no: SE 139911 dt.11.1.2009. They said that the product was not repairable. My product is under warranty period so please change my product with a new one as early as possible.
